Dear Steven and Phil,
"I purchased your EMS unit approx. 3 weeks
ago. In this time frame I have reduced my pain medication by over 40%
and that was with the use of just 2 electrodes. Now that I am being
upgraded to using 4 electrodes, I know the results will be greater.
Being a sufferer of Fibromyalgia and living in constant pain for almost 1
year, the EMS has been the first real alternative to taking prescription
pain pills and being in a fog most of the time. I have found the use
of the EMS to be extremely simple. When I dress in the morning for
work, I attach the electrodes to the painful area and operate the unit on a
"need" basis. When I called your office after receiving the
unit I did have questions. Steven and Phil were so sweet and more than
helpful. They made sure I understood the workings and functions of the
EMS before concluding the telephone conversation. I can honestly say
these 2 gentlemen are compassionate, caring and an asset to any patient in
need of their equipment. I highly recommend PCP Medical to anyone
suffering with Fibromyalgia and seeking a natural alternative to pain
pills."
Thank you both Steven and Phil,
Anne Siegel
I would like your company to know how much of a
life changer your TENS C2100 Unit has been for me and my family. In
1997 my van was hit head-on with 300 pounds of unsecured clay that flew
forward and hit me, I was going 40 MPH when it happened. Before the
accident I used the clay to voluntarily teach ceramics to special education
students at Tehachapi Unified School District. I have been married 26+
years to the love of my life. We have 3 children, 2 in college and our
youngest is a senior in Tehachapi High. Since the accident our income
has dropped to "low income". This has proven that money
isn't everything, but you sure need it to live. To get to the point of
this letter is to tell you that I was lucky enough to have a pain management
Doctor recommend a TENS unit to me. At the time of his recommendation
I was a mess, completely out of control with pain. I was on many pain
relievers including triplicates. Nothing the Doctor tried seemed to
help me. In 1999 I had 2 - 7inch rods, 8 - 4inch bolts and 8
brackets placed in my back. In 2000 I had to have a plate placed in my
neck. At that point in my life I was ready to give up. I was unable to
relieve my constant pain and spasms. I hate to say that even with
multiple medications and the best Doctor in Kern County and the best surgeon
at UCLA, I couldn't stand it. I used a walker when I was up to it.
I never gave up hope. I prayed for help to relieve the horrible pain
and my prayers were answered. When I received my TENS C2100 I was
extremely debilitated. The first time I put it on I couldn't believe
it. My uncontrollable pain was reduced immediately. I use my TENS
everyday. I have been able with the help of my TENS to ride a horse
again. I am able to rollerblade again. I can now ride my bike
again. I walk at least 3 miles a day (my dogs thank you too).
Best of all my medication has been reduced to next to nothing, compared to
prior to the TENS unit. Thank you so much for your wonderful, life
changing TENS unit. It has given my family and me our lives back.
I have also lost 60 pounds because I am able to do things that my Dr. and
Surgeon are shocked by. My family wanted you to know how much it means
to them to have their mom back. Thank you seems so inadequate for
helping me get my life back. God Bless You.
A TENS user for life.
Sincerely,
Karen E. Campbell

I was 'rear-ended' just one
year ago and suffered neck, back and shoulder injuries. I
sought treatment from a chiropractor for nearly six months. During
that time I was introduced to the Century 2100 for 'at home'
follow-up treatment, particularly for my sciatic nerve that was aggravated
by the accident and continues to be a source of pain.
I have often thought that my
'accident' a year ago was almost a "blessing in disguise".
I was hurt, my new car suffered damage and up until my treatment, I had
never heard of 'electrode' therapy for pain. I've had the sciatic
nerve problem for a number of years and previously the Dr would prescribe
pain pills, etc, but nothing that got rid of the pain.
I use my Century 2100
Tens Unit several times a week, and there are days that I can barely get
out of bed without a lot of pain. I put the electrodes on, wear them
as long as I want, and after a couple hours I remove them and feel much
relief without ever taking any pain medication. (I've even gone to
my daily "Curves" workout) with the unit on....some days I have
more pain than others, but I'm thankful that I found the electro-therapy
and how it has changed my life.
I take NO pain medication
for my back and know that I'll have relief no matter where I am or what
I'm doing. I'm a mosaic artist, so whether I'm in
the studio, at my desk or out in the garden I now can carry-on with my
life. I tell everyone I know how
much this has helped me. Hopefully this will be useful to
someone else that has 'tried-it-all' for pain relief.

I have a chronic back problem. I have been to numerous
specialists and pain clinics. I found out that my condition is
inoperable due to a pre-existing lung problem. I was in constant
pain in the sciatic area and down my legs. After taking many types
of narcotics to no avail, one specialist advised me to get a TENS EMS
UNIT. He wrote the prescription and I got one. Now, thanks to
my unit I am relatively pain free when wearing it. I don't know why
or how, but it works for me. This unit is not a "gadget".
It is a medically prescribed device that does work for chronic back pain.

Frank,
I was involved in a
head-on collision in 1968 and suffered injuries to my head, both knees and
both elbows. The doctor who treated me and stitched me up was afraid
that due to these injuries, I could possibly be wheelchair bound by the time
I reached my 30s - 40s. Apparently due to a physically active
lifestyle, this did not happen. However, a couple months ago I
suffered excruciating pain from what I thought was a stiff neck.
X-rays showed that advanced arthritis had set in, as well as evidence of
trauma to the neck area. I was prescribed muscle relaxers and pain
medication, but they only helped up to a point. The pain was so bad
that some days I could barely move. I ordered the Arista SD Plus Tens
machine and have been using it everyday with fantastic results! The relief
from the pain has been a godsend and I ( and my wife!) want to thank you for
a wonderful product and your prompt and courteous service. A Tens may
not be the answer for every person that suffers from pain, but for me it has
worked beyond expectations.

My experience with the Tens
is astonishing! I had a bad back and could not walk and had to crawl
to the bathroom. Using the unit has released the spasms and has
relaxed my muscles so the spasms have stopped. The Electric Pads give
small electric current which you control. I even drive with this unit
on. Now I can stand up straight!! Thank You PCP Medical.
Thank goodness for the Tens Unit.
Dear Pain Control Products,
I just had to write and thank you. Since I purchased an
interferential from you last month I have had the first relief from my back
pain in ten years. I’ve been to many doctors and had tons of tests, taken
pills and tried injections that didn’t do a thing. From your helpful
conversation on the phone when you convinced me to try the interferential
when I was so skeptical, I have been so happy I took your advice.
Thank you so much. Larry Baker

Many thanks Phil, the EMS unit is worth its'
weight in gold. I have been using it for about 45 minutes a day and show
signs of bringing the thigh muscle back to life. I wish you the best for
the holiday's. If I get to Orlando I'll buy dinner.

I am 57 yrs. old and have severe back probelms;
degenerative disc disease, arthritis, spinal stenosis. My misery began 12
years ago. I have had 2 back
surgeries with some relief but with my condition, it will continue
todeterioate as the disease progresses. There is no cure. I spent a
fortune
for chiropracters, massage therapy; temporary relief from the muscle
spasms which cause the pain. Also heavy pain killers, acupuncture, etc.,
etc. ad
nauseum. The pain and the bleak prognosis from all the orthopedic and
neurosurgeons caused depression to the point I became a hermit. Bending
over
and sitting really set me off. I worked out for years lifting weights,
aerobics, etc. I still do some but nothing weight bearing. I worked
out with
a friend who was a former Olympic decathlete. He told me that a big part
of his training was EMS. I said I had TENS therapy numerous times in
physical
therapy,15 mins. for about $60.00. EMS as i understand is very similar but
has the abilty to build muscle tissue. I ordered the Arista EMS Plus for
$119.00. I hooked up and in a few minutes the pain was gone. Of course
when I bend or sit for long periods, it comes back. Now I can travel
hooked up
with the EMS in my pocket , feel pain , turn on for few minutes and NO
PAIN. I was at a Super Bowl party last night and a friend asked why
I had wires
coming out of my pocket and down my back. He had severe back pain,
hooked him up for15 mins. and he was astounded. I was amazed at the people
who had pain, they got a taste and I have a list to contact for web site
.Does this sound too good to be true? I have never endorsed anything, but
after all my
suffering I feel compelled to share My good fortune. I also use this to
build muscle. I turn it up high for this and you can use it on any muscle.
With 4 pads , for example .attach 2 to you bicep and 2 to you tricep for
30 mins., next day you will feel like you did a heavy weight workout. Same
for
legs, abs, everthing. I measured my arms a few days ago. I'm 5'9'. 175
lbs. and my arms are now 17", bigger than they were when i lifted
heavy. Get 9
volt rechargable batteries and charger. It may not give you the same
results I have enjoyed But I thank God for it. My only regret is that I
did'nt
spring for a few more bucks and get the 8 pad model. Very grateful
customer,

Phil;
I've had the Arista SD+ unit for a few days now. I have to tell you that I
am very impressed with it. My Physio Therapist also likes the product. I
promised that I would provide your information from the internet to them
for their review for purchase of future product needs. I hope this is
acceptable to you. I have also been promoting the Arista SD+ to other
clientele at their clinic. At some
point in the near future I will be contacting you to obtain other styles of
electrodes to try out.
Well, back to reaping the benefits of the Arista on my path forward to
recovery of good health.
Thanks once again for your kind assistance in acquiring the Arista unit.

Dear Fred,
For the last few years i have been living with lower back pain and muscle
spasms. My doctor had recommended that I get a TENS unit. The TENS
representative said that the cost would be $750 and my insurance company would
cover it. Unfortunately when I inquired with my insurance company they
disagreed. By pure luck I found your company and skeptically ordered the
TS-1211 for less than $130 I believe. All I can say is that it works and I
have not had a major muscle spasm. Even my wife uses it.
For anybody who is suffering in pain, I highly recommend purchasing a
Tens product. It was worth every last penny I spent for it. Pain is still
there but is is under control. I just wanted to thank you for your product.

Dear Frank;
I'm so glad that you wrote your name at the bottom of your email, now I
know what email address to send my letter of praise!!!
Thanks for your wonderful machine. I've had sciatica back pain for 3
1/2 years now and have been on heavy pain medications such as vicodin,
percoset, fentenyl and others. I've suffered a lot of side effects
from these medications, and have felt "drugged." And
sometimes they did not take away the deep pain. Your tens unit is my
miracle. After having it for more than 45 days now, I can say it has
taken out about 75% of my back pain. This is no small feat.
This is for real. I'm so grateful for this unit, there are not words
for it. If you have bumper stickers (or would like to get some), I'd
be glad to put one on my car. Thank you for all the great work that
you do, my life is changed because of you folks.
Sincerely,

Thank you very much for answering my questions and for the prompt
response. It is customer service like this that compels me to tell
everyone I know
(who complains of muscle/joint pain) about your company. Once again, after
just a few uses I am very satisfied with the combo EMS/TENS machine and
thoroughly
impressed with the promptness and integrity your company exemplifies.
Thanks again and Happy New Year.

Dear Frank,
I received my combo unit this afternoon and it was like opening a present
on Xmas morning! I train and photograph rescued race horses for my
business and
I cannot be in pain all the time... I found instant relief from the cycle
of spasm and pain and knowing tonight I can look forward to getting some
needed rest is a big big
deal! Thanks for your fast service and I suggested your fine company to
another person I know that suffers from sciatica. Please tell your
customers, if anyone has any questions about how the combo unit can help
with sciatica, please call me @ (305) 305-1232 and I will share with them
how it has helped me. Best,

I absolutely love the Century 2100
tens unit. I can not believe I have lived with my pain for so long! It
has changed my life!
Thank you,

A year ago I was paying a physical
therapist $65.00 three times a week for a tens application. The result
was incredible.. finally.. medication-free pain relief BUT
1 ) I had to go to the
office to get it, and
2) it was an expensive
procedure.
A friend recommended your site
where I found an affordable, low cost tens unit I could wear out and use
as needed. It is a life saver on a plane trip and a security blanket
as well- I don't panic when the pain hits. It is one of
those products that I could brag.. "don't leave home without it!
"
I have since sent many
people to this site where they, too, have been more than satisfied.
Thanks you for a quality product
at an affordable price and top notch service as well.

I have been
suffering from chronic degenerative disc disease for over a decade. The
affected discs are three in the 'L' section (lower back, just up from the
waist). I'm forty and as a result of the onset of this illness, obviously
my life changed drastically. I came across the TENS initially via
physiotherapy of which I have under gone twice over the last several years
for months at a time with NO 'real' results, other than the TENS. I
found extreme relief from back pain from the TENS when it was used. I found
that the 'help' from this machine wasn't just 'temporary', as the effect
from having it used on me would last sometimes for up to several hours
after. I was truly amazed at the relief it brought. Mr. B. Amundson - burke.a@rogers.com
Four years ago, my daughter bought me an EMS system from you. I used
have used it over the years to build up my leg muscles. I had a job
sitting at a desk and had become almost total immobile. Last month,
my doctor diagnosed me with a descending pelvis. This was causing
extreme pain and loss of strength. He advised to build up my
abdominal muscles to realign my pelvis. At my age, 55 and
weight 260 pounds, sit ups and crunches were not an option.
The EMS has built up my abdominal muscles to help realign my pelvis.
I am now practically pain free and been able to walk again. Thank
you for your product and professionalism. Thanks for the prompt
delivery of needed supplies enabling my recovery.

Dear Phil:
Thank you so much for your help with my TENS Unit order. A few months
ago I injured my lower back and my right wrist (nerve damage). After
suffering for a few months and going to an accupuncture specialist, massage
specialist and a chiropractor, I borrowed a TENS unit and wore it constantly
for about ten days and experienced a 95% improvement. A shoulder which has
been getting worse by the day is currently being treated with a borrowed
TENS unit and just in the past 24-hours has gotten 50% better. I have
discontinued using the medicines previously prescribed and will be
"drug free" by using my new TENS.

Steve, I did receive my tens unit on that Wed
and was very impressed with the service and the unit. I took it to the
physical therapist on Thursday and even he was impressed, so thanks for all
the trouble as it will get used for my low back pain management!
Barbara
I'm really happy with the results from the EMS
5000, to tell you the truth it seems to work better than the one my
physiotherapist uses on me. On top of the good news that it is controlling
my chronic pain very well. Thank you once again for a great product.
Sincerely,

PS. In my comparison shopping for an EMS here
in Canada I believe I may have directed some business your way from a
couple of medical supply stores as they indicated that your retail price
was lower than their costs and were very happy to get directions to your
site.
"I have been so pleased with the excellence of your products.
When I first started surfing the Website for
a TENS unit, I was impressed with the warranty, the selection and the fact
that I could talk to a real
person. When I needed the IF stimulator, you were the first people I
called, because I knew I could count on
you. Thanks for the excellence of your products and your customer
service."

I have just ordered an item from your company. The reason I picked
your company was the BBB seal. Thank you. I require physical therapy

amazed at the number of companies whose backgrounds I could not locate
/and or with poor histories !

Phil, this combo unit has made a great difference in my shoulder and
the biggest diffference is with my wife who
is a diabetic, an amputee, and has bursitis in her hands and shoulders.
It really helps her.

Just a few words to say thank you
for a wonderful transaction. You company's stated reputation for
customer satisfaction and timely, honest communication were certainly
evident. My wife has been going through a great deal of pain for
the past two months and is bed-bound most of the time. Shopping
for a TENS unit wasn't something I wanted to have a large problem
handling. You made it very easy.I look forward to receiving the
TENS unit tomorrow and thank you again for the way that you handled
the order.

Frank - I just wanted to tell you my experience with my new TENS/EMS
machine. I told you I sprained my ankle back in September and
it's no longer painful. 3 uses Frank, 3 30 minute sessions where I
put all 4 electrodes on my ankle and I'm seeing a difference
already. I couldn't be happier !!! I wish I ordered it
months ago.
Cathy Parker - Boeing Customer Support (562) 982-8693
Hello, just wanted you to
know I received my Tens Unit and have been using it....thank you so much
for the wonderful customer service, very impressive! Have a
wonderful day, tamara
I first started using what is now called a
TENS Unit around 1980 on my race horses, particularly for bowed tendons,
This is a condition that happens to race horses whose muscles on the lower
legs tear a hole in the tendon from the stress of racing. I had
success with the "Blue Boot" numerous times, having horses run
again on the track when Vets said they needed to be destroyed as they
would never walk let alone run again. During this period of time in
the winter of 1981, my truck went off the road due to icy/snow conditions.
I tried to lift and push the truck and in doing so strained my lower back.
By the time I got home I could not stand upright and was in much pain.
I had my wife get the tens unit (called the Blue Boot) and I opened it up
and put it on my lower back. It remained on all night and the next
morning, I was a little sore, but could move freely.
One more day with the unit and I felt perfect. In 1988 I had a horse
throw me and I landed on my rump with my feet up in the air, and on my
side. The fall broke the lateral processes off the five lower lumbar
vertebrae's. By the time I got to the hospital, I could not walk nor
move my legs without a great deal of pain. All the doctors could do
for me is give me pain medication and tell me that I would have to lay in
a hard bed, for about 6-8 weeks before the breaks would heal. The
next day I get a tens unit from a medical rental store and put it on.
I had taken one pain pill that morning and did not take another one again.
The first appointment back with the orthopedic surgeon and x-ray showed
that four of the processes' were totally healed and only one showed a
slight crack in it. The Doctor was totally amassed and did not
believe what I told him. I kept the tens unit on until it became
irritating and then would shut it off for a few hours or until the pain
returned and then would turn it on again, a little stronger each time.
It did its job, it works. I still have my old TENS unit and would
not give it up for anything. Its twenty five years old and works
just as good as the day I first got it. We use it for all sorts of
muscle strains as well as for arthritis in my hands and elbows. They
just plain work, not always miracles, but they do work..

What has Century 2100 TENS Machine done for me? I had terrible lower back pain and it was almost impossible
to walk
because of the pain plus I was suffering from sleep deprivation also
because of the pain. For
three days I suffered, thinking that this is what happens to a person when
you are about to reach the age of 80. One of my sons came over on the evening of my third day of
suffering. He asked what was
wrong – I told him. He
said that he would be back in a few minutes. He had gone home to get his Century 2100 machine. He asked where the
pain was and he began putting the pads on the area and then began calibrating the strength of the C2100. After a 30
minute session with the C2100 I turned it off and to my
great surprise and amazement I
was able to get up, walk around and feel just great!

Dear Frank:
I just wanted to drop you a note to first thank you for your
Help and Guidance in purchasing an EMS unit for myself. It has
really helped me tremendously. For most of my life I have been a horse
trainer and years of riding have taken there toll on my body. I
really relied heavily on Chiropractic Care and Massage Therapy to help
my body especially as I got older. Several years ago because
Massage therapy helped me so much in my life I decided to go back to
school to become a massage therapist myself. My goal was to reduce some
of my horse business and pick up more massage therapy work and it is
going great. I have a nice balance in both worlds. However,
Massage therapy is also a very physical job and I am still riding although not
as much as I did when I was younger. While I still get Chiropractic care
and Massage therapy when needed I just can't seem to always schedule
the time to receive it as often as I would like. The EMS 5000
has really helped me get through in-between treatments. It really
helps reduce My Pain do to tense and spasmodic muscles especially in my
Upper Traps, arms and my low back. While it is not a replacement
for therapeutic care by a Chiropractor or Massage therapist it is the
next best thing and great used in conjunction with them.
So Thanks again for your help and for a great product it is easy to
use, So portable, very relaxing and has really helped reduce
my tight spasmodic muscles and help maintain my Range of motion so
I can continue to work easily in both my jobs.

6 years ago I was in a very serious motorcycle accident that left me
with a right ankle that just won't heal right. I just had my 3rd surgery
on that same ankle and am still recovering and can't put any pressure on
that foot yet, therefore I'm forced to use those miserable contraptions
called "crutches". Last Sunday, my Fiance and I went to The
Eastern States Exposition, New Englands Great State Fair. Knowing full
well that I wouldn't be able to cover the several miles of walking at
the fair on crutches, we tried to rent a wheelchair there, since they
advertised them. After litteraly 3 hours of trying to get one, we did,
and were finally able to start enjoying the day until it was time to
leave. We had to bring the chair back to the tent where we rented
it, and I had hop along with those "underarm-destroying metal
sticks" for a little more than a quarter mile! I then decided that
it would be well worth the investment to purchase my own wheelchair for
such events, since my injuries will most likely always cause me
problems. Tuesday morning I was looking in the classified ads,
calling local medical equipment suppliers, and checking the internet. To
make an already long story a little shorter, I was on the phone with a
Wheelchair company. I called them instead of ordering on-line
because I had questions about shipping. I needed a chair by Friday
because We're going back to the fair (a.k.a. The Big E) on Saturday. I
spent about 10 minutes on the phone with them, and only about 2 minutes
were actually speaking to someone. I was on hold most of the time, and
when they came back to my call, they thought I was another caller, and
put me back on hold again. While on hold the last time, I poked around a
little more on the web and found PCP Medical, and they had an even less
expensive chair! I hung up the phone and called right away.
Phil, the extremely polite and helpful gentleman who answered set me up
with the chair and options I wanted right away, and didn't try to sell
something else!
I explained that I needed the chair by Friday (so I would have it for
Saturday), and he said that it would be sent out that morning, and I
should have it by Thursday or Friday at the latest. That was about 27
or 28 HOURS ago, and I got my wheelchair 1
HOUR AGO!!!!
It's just what I need and I am EXTREMELY
pleased with the chair (especially for the money!), and most of all, the
SERVICE!!!
Thank you so very much, keep doing what you're doing and rest assured
that if I know someone else looking for a wheelchair or other medical
equipment, I will tell them about my experience with your company!
Sincerely and gratefully,
John J. Lenville, Jr.

It has been a pleasure doing business with your
company. I particularly think Frank was very knowledgeable on
his products that are available and it's absolutely astonishing the
price savings going through your company versus the physicians office.
I say astonishing since my insurance company authorized the
purchase of a $3000 ems/tens unit, negotiated a savings and paid $l500
while I paid $250 (beginning of the year deductible) and three
years later I found out about your company and wanted a smaller sized
unit and without going through insurance or the physician your grand
cost for the same type of strength ems/tens unit was a grand total of
$109. I was also replacing a simple tens unit (valued at $900
through the physician's office which was exactly identical to your
Arista 2000 which you charged about $69 for. My insurance
paid electrode pads are $80 while your charge was $9.99
total and I see no difference between the pads other than
color since they feel the same. (my physician was unaware of your
company, was fine with signing forms that would let me purchase products
from you at such a large savings as his goal was my goal...get me into a
level of comfort that I could resume my old life before the car wreck).
