All of our TENS are shipped complete with: Instruction manual, lead wires, four reusable electrodes, battery and a carrying case. You will receive the TENS within five business days (usually before) after placing the order if you are located in the U.S.A. If you need the package next day or 2nd day, please call us and we will Guarantee that delivery. We can ship internationally. However, rates and time of arrival will vary with destination.

Our TENS Machines come with a 5 Year Warranty. If you are having any problems with your TENS, send it back to the address above and a new replacement unit will be shipped out to you immediately.
